All medical treatments are delivered by licensed practitioners. Information on this website is for general guidance and does not constitute medical advice.

All treatments are appointment-only and begin with a medical consultation. We reserve the right to decline any treatment we believe is not in your best interest.

Treatment outcomes vary between individuals. Photographs, testimonials, and described results are for reference only and are not a guarantee of results in your specific case.

You must provide accurate medical history at consultation. Withholding relevant information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment.

A consultation booking confirms your appointment time. Certain treatments may require a deposit, which will be communicated in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit any deposit paid.

Refunds for treatments already delivered are not provided. Refunds for unused, prepaid treatment packages may be considered at the clinic's discretion, less any consultation or administrative fees.

All prices are quoted in AED and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of consultation is the price you will pay for that treatment.

Promotional offers are valid only during their stated period and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
